Marketing Executive (CRM)

Job Description

• Study and modify the existing membership program for enhancing the loyalty of customer and attracting new member.
• Design and implement various CRM strategies and promotions to drive the customer loyalty.
• Liaise and work with the internal and external parties for exploring different business opportunities to drive sales via on-line and off-line activities and campaigns.
• Manage and analyze the database of customer for developing and implementing effective and creative CRM events.
• Plan annual budget and CRM campaigns to achieve sales target and to maximize brand awareness.
• Prepare the analysis report for the life style and behaviors of the customer, market trends as well as the recommendations of CRM strategies for the Management team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or other related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years solid working experience preferably in retail industry.
• Good and strong market sense.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, creative and able to work under pressure.
