Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and operations by cold calling and visit the prospective customers in person
- Establish team member responsibilities to meet the daily business demands and sales targets
- Ensure accurate and on-time services delivery of all customer orders. Maintain the order flow of all products and managing the customer delivery chain
- Forecast and monitor the demand of order and inventory
- Meet the sales target and continually grow sales in assigned territory
- Provide training and coaching to develop team members.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties and projects
Explore new business channel in China Mainland and Macau
Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of key account sales experience in B2B of the following industries: Property Developer / Property Management / Hospitality. Preference will be given to those with Swimming Pool specific or Water Quality Management Services experience
- Candidate must possess good communicating skills and results orientated.
- Analytical minded and sales driven
- Challenge seeker who is self-motivated with positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic B2B environment that requires multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability
- Good team player and able to work with different teams and customers with strong problem solving and presentation skills
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
Language skills:
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
