(Senior) UX & UI Designer (Perm, up to 45k)

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who is highly skilled in visual/UI design and has a solid foundation in UX. In this role, you will design enterprise-scale digital products and platforms for our clients across different industries. You will take ownership of end-to-end design delivery-from client workshops to polished UI handoff-while balancing business needs, user goals, and technical feasibility.

This is a vendor-side position, meaning you'll work with multiple clients and projects, requiring adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

UI Excellence

• Lead the creation of pixel-perfect, high-fidelity visual designs across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise brand guidelines.

UX Collaboration

• Support UX activities including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Translate research insights and business requirements into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver cohesive solutions.

Client Engagement

• Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions, and design presentations.
• Clearly communicate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Balance client expectations, enterprise compliance, and best-practice UX/UI standards.

Delivery & Mentorship

• Oversee end-to-end design delivery from concept to development handoff.
• Review junior designers' work, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers during build phase to maintain design integrity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished UI design across enterprise or large-scale digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
• Good understanding of UX processes-wireframing, prototyping, user testing-even if your strength is UI.
• Experience in vendor/agency or consultancy environments with enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
