Senior Officer, Group KYC Business (Multiple openings)

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to conduct CDD of customers for onboarding, periodic review, and trigger event review. Also will be in charge of identifying and verifying KYC documents and customer statistic data, and engaging with relevant parties to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within the service level.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence process for onboarding, periodic review and trigger event review.
• Identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistic data.
• Engage with relevant parties to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within the service level.
• Comply with relevant government regulations internal guidelines and policies.
• Implement and complete work/ project assigned by the manager.

About you

• Minimum 2.5 years of relevant work experience / solid experience in CDD & KYC in financial services
• Prior experience in group insurance KYC would be an advantage
• Good experience in MS Word & Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to accept challenges.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for an officer role
