Presales Engineer / Presales Consultant

Amidas is a fast-growing IT System Integrator focusing on Enterprise Market in Hong Kong. We are expanding our Technical Presales Department in different solutions area, including Digital Workspace, Cloud & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Management & Analysis. You will be part of the Technical Presales Department to support our Sales Team through out the whole selling cycle.

Your Job Duties:

• Support Sales team to drive different IT services business or opportunities
• Handle technical Pre-Sales role for customer meeting, product demo, POC, proposal writing, support enquiries of Sales Team
• Responsible for technical solution designs and scoping professional services
• Provide technical support and handle daily phone-in and email enquires
• Responsible for infrastructure project implementation and project management
• Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with vendors and end users

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Solid working experience in SI companies would be an advantage
• Hands-on experience on network infrastructure/security/cloud infrastructure would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft M365, Azure, AWS, Cybersecurity or Infrastructure related products would be an advantage

• Must be willing to work during non-office hour per project requirement
