Production engineer (PIE) (Vietnam stationed)

Job Description

• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements
• Collaborate with the production team to implement and monitor new processes and procedures
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions to minimize downtime and wastage
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Ensure production at most effectively and most efficiently at lowest possible cost
• Provide technical support and training to production staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities

Requirement

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production management in hard toys industry
• Proficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
