Job Duties:
- Provide clerical support (typing, copying, filing, and etc.) to Tendering Division;
- Assist in preparation of tender submission documents;
- Assist in taking off quantity from tender documents and drawings;
- Assist in preparation of estimates for civil engineering/building works;
- Send enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers and liaise with them for their quotations;
- Outdoor work is required (eg, tender document delivery/ collection).
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE or above;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in civil engineering or building field;
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
- Good computer knowledge in software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Hard working and able to work OT if required.
