Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Housing Management, Facility Management or related discipline;
-
Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance and related ordinances;
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property/Facility Management;
-
PMP (Tier 2) is preferred;
-
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
-
Hands-on experience in MS Office.
Job Duties:
-
Manage and coordinate handover of units, follow up the site defect rectification works;
-
Monitor the performance of contractors to provide security, cleansing and maintenance services;
-
Follow up tenancy issues, and ensure compliance with Tenancy Agreement;
-
Prepare tender and quotation documents for repair and maintenance works;
-
Handle complaints and enquiries from tenants;
-
Perform other ad-hoc assignment.
Working Hours: 44 hours per week and on shift (non-overnight)
Working Location: Tseung Kwan O
