Sales & Merchandising Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through multiple channels to expand the business and drive revenue
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, set profit targets, and monitor performance to achieve business goals
• Lead the merchandising team to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide tailored product development and sourcing support aligned with buyers’ needs and market demands.
• Oversee coordination between internal departments and external partners to meet production timelines and delivery schedules.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product category performance to guide sales strategy and design direction.
• Supervise and mentor the merchandising teams to foster collaboration and performance excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Clothing & Textile studies, Garment Merchandising, or a related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the garment merchandising industry, with 3 years in a Merchandising Manager role;
• Extensive experience in managing cut & sewn knit garment manufacturing for USA/EEC markets;
• Proven ability to independently manage communications and operations with overseas buyers, factories, and suppliers
• Strong presentation , negotiation , and interpersonal communication skills
• Talkative, outgoing , and confident in engaging with clients , suppliers , and team member
• Demonstrate experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively in Mandarin
• Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify key issues and resolve problems effectively
• Willingness to travel frequently to offshore factories and station at our China office.
