Building Services Coordinator

• Holder of a Diploma or a Higher Certificate or above in either Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a Hong Kong university or a technical institute, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years experience in building services for local building construction industry in HKSAR, at least 2 years of which shall be in the capacity of site supervision and management of building services installations

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong communication skill and strong problem solving skill

• Good project coordination and management skill
