Job Requirements:

• Experiences: 8-10 years of working experience in technical audits, social compliance, product sustainability, and supplier chain management in sweater industry, both in China and Cambodia
• Excellent communication skills and people management ability.
• Excellent leadership skills. Pragmatic problem solver
• Open-minded, optimistic, and business-minded approach
• Language: Fluent English and Mandarin in speaking and writing
• Need to travel to China and Cambodia
