Retail Merchandise Planner & Allocator - Global Iconic Fashion Brand

A denim and premium casual wear inventor,  our brands stand for free thinking and self-expression around the world, having more than 10,000 outstanding people globally to support our full collections of denim, premium casual wear, and yoga collections.

Working in the global, fun, and happy environment, you will focus on supporting the Hong Kong planning, allocation, and inventory management functions for more than 35 fashion retailing stores, e-commerce, and outlet channels.

You will  support the team leader to formulate pre-season framework preparation, establish analytical insight for in-sales performance tracking, and execute day-to-day planning activities.

Supporting the monthly rolling demand and forecast strategies based on the sales trend and controlling bottoms up demand, you will collaborate closely with inventory management and merchandising teams to achieve seamless in-season allocation and replenishment activities to maximize sales opportunity/full price sell-thro and margin while minimizing risk of excessive/out of stock with timely in-season markdown and outlet transfer.

We would like to hear from you, if you have a bachelor’s degree in fashion studies or business management studies, have gained  2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail business model,  have strong analytical ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
