As a tutor at Flora Academy, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, customized lessons to students following international curricula, primarily A-Level and IGCSE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in one-on-one and group settings

- Develop learning materials based on students’ progress and needs

- Provide constructive feedback to both parents and students

- Monitor and report student learning progress to management team

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Punctual, responsible, adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skill, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines with strong academic record.

- Teaching experience on international curricula

- Familiarity with A-Level and IGCSE examination syllabi is highly preferred

- International school or UK high school graduates will be advantaged

- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!

- Ability to teach more than one subject is a distinct advantage
