Property Officer/Senior Property Officer

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned residential portfolio;
• Handle enquiries and complaints by owners / occupants;
• Attend the Incorporated Owners / Owners’ Committee meetings during office and non-office hours to build and maintain positive relationship with owner;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience;
• Relevant experience in residential estate is an advantage
• Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Good MS Office skill & good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Holding a property management practitioner license (Tier 1 / Tier 2) would be highly recommended
• Candidates with more experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Property Officer.
