Assistant Officer (Procurement Dept.) - Fresh Graduate Welcome

This role is suitable for BBA or related discipline graduates who meet the essential requirements, including a university degree and professional-level business English. You will follow up on commercial contract terms and communicate daily with international suppliers with occasional business trips to Europe or U.S.A..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related discipline is required;
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written) is a must;
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in civil engineering procurement is an advantage;
• Experience in supply chain or procurement roles is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure;
• Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Officer or Senior Officer position.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiation and order fulfillment.
• Liaise with local and international suppliers to build strong partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to identify and develop new product opportunities.
• Prepare costing and analytical reports to optimize procurement processes and costs.
• Implement and continuously refine procurement policies and procedures.
