Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports
  • Assist in audit and tax preparation
  • Manage general office administration and documentation
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to business operations
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or pass at LCCI Higher
  • Good relevant academic and work record
  • Skilful in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent Cantonese and good written business English.
  • 1-2 years in administrative or accounting clerk roles; familiarity with HK office procedures preferred, Mainland-HK work experience will be an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
