Responsibilities:

To strengthen business relationship between customer and factory
-
Manage sales administration team to handle sales inquiries, sample, order processing & confirmation, quotation and price calculation between customer and factory

To provide sales administration & logistic support for Export Division
-
To carry out ad hoc projects as assigned by Management
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above with at least 5 years working experience in trading & manufacturing field is preferable
-
Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Chinese word processing; V-lookup) and MS Powerpoint
-
Good interpersonal & communication skills
-
Strong leadership, presentation & problem-solving skills
-
Able to work independently and under pressure
-
Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn new things
-
Immediately available is preferable
