Assistant Building Services Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring contractors' workmanship and progress of work on site;
• Provide reports to project surveyors / clients for monitoring of work;
• Overtime work maybe required; and
• Assist client to issue minor works order.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate / Diploma / Construction management Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction industry;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Holder of Safety Green Card is a must; and

• Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate will be an advantage.
