Shipping Clerk (Welcome Fresh Grad)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all computer functions to track our shipments are well handled

• Cross check manifests, invoices and orders to ensure all are recorded and completed accurately

• Prepare reports on daily basis for import and export operation

• Online Declaration for shipments  

• Coordinate between external and internal parties on daily basis to ensure operation run smoothly

Qualifications:

• High Diploma graduated or equivalent

• Good command of Chinese and English

• Proficient in MS Office 

• Good organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in dealing with customers 

• Good understanding of customer service would be an advantage

• Welcome Fresh Graduate
