PMC and Purchasing - 1 Year Contract

Job description:

A PMC and purchasing is responsible for formulating a reasonable production plan monitoring the production progress and materials, managing production and shipment quantities, ensuring material needs are met, procurement sourcing and adjusting production plans as needed to smoothly meet targets and strictly adhere to delivery dates. Stationed in Mexico mainly. We are 50 - 100 people size in grand new open sub-factory on metal stamping and metal assembly focus in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm the order balance against the Marketing department's delivery schedule and sales order
• Prepare a production order and review delivery dates
• Monitor production progress and schedule mold placement
• Schedule production plan and finalize the production order to the production department to meet the shipment requirements
• Procurement sourcing, research and develop new suppliers, evaluate and monitor qualified suppliers delivery progress and quality
• Schedule the shipping plan summary, coordinate with relevant department to arrange shipments
• Follow up on the status of other orders and the progress of purchased materials
• Review daily production schedule and material delivery progress, ensure the smooth flow of material supply
• Control materials to avoid backlog or stagnation and to meet the materials needs
• Spot-check the accuracy and punctuality of all materials inflows and outflows, review warehouse inventory details
• Coordinate and handle irregularities in incoming materials
• Resolve any problem that occurs.

Requirement:

• At least 7 years of PMC / Procurement / Purchasing
• Hands-on experience with production management and collaborate with employees to deliver.
• Learn on the job regarding the best practices in the industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the process flow of hardware factories and production planning
• Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office.
• ERP experience required
• Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and Mandarin
• Holder of a passport that allows direct entry into Mexico
