What you are in charge of:
Purchasing and Procurement:
- Handle procurement tasks including office materials and site tools items by negotiating with suppliers and conducting quote comparison
- Manage daily purchasing activities, focusing on supplier performance in pricing, agility, supply assurance flexibility, and quality
- Manage order requests from the team and resolve issues efficiently
Logistics:
- Handle import and export shipments
- Source and select appropriate forwarder for shipments
- Maintain proper shipment tracking records and documentation
- Coordinate with service providers & internal parties to arrange material deliveries
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management
What you offer:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, and logistics roles
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain supplier relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
