As a Frontline Sales Representative at DEJADE, you’ll drive sales of our exquisite Type A Natural Jadeite and rare gemstones while delivering exceptional client experiences that reflect our values of elegance and authenticity.

Your Impact

• Maintain daily window and in-store displays; secure products in the safe after closing.
• Provide personalized, high-touch customer service with diligent after-sales follow-up.
• Uphold DEJADE’s policies and maintain a luxurious store environment.
• Educate clients on the unique qualities of our jewelry and DEJADE’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build a loyal client base through personalized engagement.
• Attend company events to attract new clients.

Your Profile

• Preferred experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail.
• Strong clienteling skills and ability to build trust.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., CRM tools).
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

• 提供專業的顧客服務,並解答顧客的查詢
• 協助店舖日常營運工作,包括店舖貨品陳列、賬房、保持店舖整潔等

職位要求:
• 中五或以上程度
