• Own and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, factories, vendors, and overseas clients.
• Track factory performance and maximize production capacity and inventory flow.
• Travel to China/overseas factories for on-site schedule follow-up.
• Oversee the full merchandising cycle from development to shipment.
• Resolve bottlenecks, cut lead times, and drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with factory, QA, and client standards.
• Manage plant costs, budgets, and performance analysis.

What we're looking for....

• F.5 or above with at least 5 years in manufacturing industry
• Responsible and organized, able to work under tight schedules
• Great communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to deal with clients and factories
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Frequent travel to China is required
