Job Description
- Coordinate building construction with consultants and sub-contractors
- Liaise with clients on technical issues when necessary
- Work closely with Project Manager on daily project administration
- Assist in monitoring the site progress
- Liaise with relevant external parties and site personnel in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing, methods and interfaces to ensure smooth running of the project.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for developing construction details
Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience in building / fitting-out works preferred
- Proficiency in PC application including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
