Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 30 to 50 staff in our Department Store

• Maximize sales results by sound retail management skills and effective business strategies

• Manage the day-to-day operations of concessionaire counters

• Monitor and review stock level based on customer’s needs and buying trends

• Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.

• Promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in related disciplines

• At least 10 years of managerial experience in retail industry

• Proven track record of managing a large team with substantial business achievements

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong relationship skills & business minded and customer service oriented

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager

• Immediate available is preferably
