Client Relations Supervisor (in-store VIC Servicing)

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Client Relations Supervisor to enhance our VIP customer experience and boost client loyalty. This role will involve brainstorming and leading client engagement events that subtly drive sales while maintaining our brand's sophisticated image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and implement innovative client engagement events in the lounge to foster relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
• Oversee daily operations within the lounge, ensuring high-quality service and an inviting atmosphere for VIP clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align client engagement initiatives with sales goals, subtly promoting our products.
• Analyze client feedback and sales data to refine engagement strategies and improve overall customer experience.
• Train and mentor staff on exceptional client service and relationship-building techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experiences in client relations, hospitality, or retail management, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute engaging events.
• Analytical skills to assess client feedback and sales data effectively.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
