Senior Product Developer (Cut & Sewn Knit)

What you'll be doing

• Manage fabric research and product development.
• Work closely with internal teams (Headquarter and HK) and vendors to maintain samples in good quality and on time delivery.
• Track, request samples, follow-up revisions and approvals throughout the whole R&D process.
• Assist in the garment fit process assuring fit and styling direction is appropriate/consistent throughout the whole R&D process.
• Monitor the progress and report status to the superior on a weekly basis.
• Handover the whole SMS package to the Production Team and QA Team after SMS production.
• Handle ad hoc tasks when required.

What we're looking for

• 5 years of experience in research and product development within the apparel industry.
• Understanding of fabric construction and performance, garment construction, and expertise in washing treatments and printing.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Naturally positive, creative, and curious.
