Assistant Manager, Sales and Account Management – Hong Kong

Assistant Manager, Sales and Account Management – Hong Kong

Job Responsibility:

• The position is to be based in Hong Kong.
• Main responsibilities are to maintain and grow the existing business relationship with key accounts in Hong Kong for both group company and subsidiaries.
• Carry out account management and business development activities through the maintenance of good metrics, policies and processes.
• Attend business and operational reviews with customers.
• Be accountable for engagement of corporate customers, developing deep relationships between the companies and these organizations.
• Lead the onboarding of new opportunities in collaboration with various internal stakeholders/ departments.
• Assist in Greater China and worldwide commercial activities as business needs arise.
• Attend external events on behalf of the company.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years or above relevant experience
• Willing to take on more challenges and be on a fast-tracked career
• Able to work in a start-up business unit environment, under pressure, and connect with customers after hours
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is preferred but not a must
• Strong interpersonal skills are required
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multinational
• Good commands of written and spoken English
• Openness to business travel
