Sales Advisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES

• Work hard to achieve daily/weekly/monthly individual sales target.
• Be aligned to the style and qualitative standards of the Leica brand throughout the sales and aftersales process.
• Provide outstanding Leica services to customers following the Leica sales SOP, to give customers an on-track Leica experience in store.
• Take full advantage of all contacts with customers in the store, and promotes both the Brand and the Leica Products, including Akademie and Cine TV.
• Know the stock of the assigned products and strategic products thus maximizing sales.
• Capture client information and actively develop a client base.
• Regularly contact clients initiatively regarding new products, events and follow up online or offline to seek for a higher purchase/repeat purchase rate.
• Guarantee aftersales service with the same spirit as standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty to promote the brand and products.
• Deal with complaints, with the support of a manager, if necessary.
• High expectation placed on teamwork and the ability to work professionally with fellow sales associates, to achieve team targets.
• Communicate to management any information gathered from the customer.
• Follow the store SOP to complete daily operation task, e.g., sales report, bank- in, store expenses, stock check etc.
• Be constantly UpToDate and develop a working knowledge of cameras and photography.
• Compete the add-hoc tasks store manager assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years instore sales experience in Luxury watch and Jewellery
• Customer oriented, with strong customer service skill.
• With working knowledge of retail luxury store operations and standards.
• Strong teamwork spirit and a quick learner.
• Hardworking and be flexible to work overtime in peak seasons.
• Photography and camera knowledge is a plus.
