Assistant Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchasing team in daily operation for materials sourcing, price negotiation and orders fulfillment
• Liaise with overseas and local suppliers independently.
• Be aware of market trend in Fresh Perishable industry. Able to make justifiable purchases and importations for company to continue to lead the market.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing / Supply chain Management or related discipline
• 3 years solid experience with Product and Suppliers Sourcing preferred from Food industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Sound PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Well organized and pro-active, able to work under pressure & tight schedule
