职位描述

Job Description

  • To provide secretarial and administrative supports to Administration Department(“The Department”);
  • To liaise with internal and external parties for project execution;
  • To handle day to day logistic arrangement and order processing with suppliers;
  • To maintain sufficient stock level;
  • To keep systemic inventory record and ensure date is accurately input;
  • To prepare analytical reports, proposals and meeting minutes;
  • To undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements

  • Degree holder – Major in logistic and/or supply chain is preferred;
  • At least 2 years of working experience in logistic coordination is preferred;
  • Language proficiency in English & Chinese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated;
  • Detail minded and well organized;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
