职位描述
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive property management services of the highest quality residential estate. S/he will also act as customer interface to ensure efficient, safe and cost-effective services in accordance with customers' requirements.
- Degree holder with related qualifications, such as MCIH, MHKIH, RPHM or equivalent
- 6 years’ or above experience in property and estate management, with at least 1-2 years in supervisory level
- Experience in managing luxury residential properties would be an advantage
- Proficient in DMC and BMO
- Strong communication, interpersonal and supervision skills, achievement-driven and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
