Key Account Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key supermarket accounts.
• Develop strategies and plans to increase the presence of hydroponic vegetables within key supermarket accounts.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms with supermarket accounts to ensure product profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of hydroponic vegetables, including their quality, freshness, nutritional benefits, and unique selling points.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure an adequate and timely supply of hydroponic vegetables to meet supermarket demand.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and product displays within supermarkets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to supermarket accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the hydroponic vegetables industry.
• Perform other tasks as and when needed from time to time

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, agricultural science, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in key account management, sales, or business development is required. Experience working with supermarket accounts / retailers / B2C customers or working within in the agriculture, horticulture, or food industry will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working location: 5 minutes walking distance from Wong Chuk Hang Station
