We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer and Product Developer with a strong background in design, engineering, and product innovation.  The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving to take products from concept through production.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning ideas into market-ready solutions, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to final production.
• Apply industrial engineering principles to optimize product design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop prototypes, test performance, and iterate based on results.
• Create and refine DFM-ready CAD models and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements without compromising quality.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Communicate ideas clearly through sketches, 3D models, and technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Machnical Engineering or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in industrial engineering and/or product development.

• Strong hand sketching ability and proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar).
• Proven experience translating design concepts into manufacturable products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).

• Experience in consumer products or consumer electronics is a must
