Senior / IC Design Engineer - Electrostatic Discharge

Job Responsibilities:

• ESD / latch-up / EOS and IO library design;
• Protection methodology for chip / system level design;
• Device / system test methods and failure analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
• 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Knowledge about semiconductor and device physics
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IC Design Engineer - Electrostatic Discharge and fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Proficient in physical design tools (Cadence, Synopsys or Aether);
• Be proactive, willing to learn and passionate in physical design;
• Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) with good communication skill.
