Job Responsibilities

·       Account Management: Day-to-day account servicing duties (manage project development, content creation, and compiling evaluation reports) with a solid understanding of the client’s business objectives and proactively managing the client's and team’s expectations;

·       Client Management: Providing brands with professional advice on creative, digital marketing and social media aspects;

·       Communication: Maintaining productive relationships with clients and various working partners; Working closely with Creative teammates to deliver creative work;

·       Presentation: Plenty of opportunities to present ideas to clients.

Job Requirements

·       3-5 years of account service experience in advertising agencies, social agencies, media, marketing or related disciplines, preferably on projects with digital / content solutions

·       With basic knowledge of how to manage key social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

·       Comfortable with interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds.

·       Willingness to think big, but at the same time be practical and detail-minded to get things done.

·       Be a problem solver and a good team player.

·       Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
