Senior Engineer - Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)

Job Responsibilities

• Leading quality control and team building for new 3D NPI project development.
• To responsible for reviewing and approving all quality documents for NPI development (QCP/PQP/Dimension MSOP/ORT MSOP/DFM/FMEA).
• To participate in reviewing the feasibility of design drawings and processes to prevent potential quality risks.
• Leading internal quality review, organize and promote various functional departments and NPI line to continuously improve process yield.
• Leading Build Summary review & MQE Meeting.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken English, able to communicate with customers independently
2. 5 years or more of relevant work experience in Apple chain quality management, familiar with customer Apple quality management workflow and model
3. Familiar with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PDCA & lean production, familiar with Apple NPI process, and master the use of data analysis software such as JMP
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, certain decision-making ability, and strong pressure resistance
