Creating Customer Value - The role

Our client is known for their speed and innovation, and their teams are set up to add value across the organisation and, more importantly, to the end customers. This role is playing a pivotal role in ensuring that they continue to enhance their market positioning as the foremost product innovator across their core categories.

• Contribute to a fast moving and exciting product development pipeline, ensuring our client's speed to market maintains its first mover advantage on innovations across electrical categories
• Play a key role in developing and implementing our client's vendor quality management system across supplier networks across the region.
• Drive internal quality checks between the HQ office and factory partners
• Establish protocols with supplier teams to develop cutting edge manufacturing processes and capabilities for NPI
• Steer quality audits for pre and mass production at suppliers
• Implement protocols for final goods inspection with supplier QC team and third-party inspectors as well SOPs for in-time reporting and rapid corrective/preventive action plans
• Utilize inspection metrics and quality improvement control tools
• Lead liaison with 3rd party inspection firms
