Responsibilities
 

• Excel in communication, coordination, and team leadership skills to drive an efficient daily operation.
• Monitor the project status, including the quotation, sample, product testing and mass production status.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Execute ad-hoc projects & tasks assigned by the management.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management on the factory audit and product benchmarking analysis.
• Occasional travel to suppliers' factories in China.
• Knowledge of electronics products or mobile phones is a definite advantage.

Requirements
 

• Holder of a high diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the sourcing or consumer electronics field.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin.
• Strong negotiation, communication, well-organized, time management and problem-solving capabilities to foster teamwork, and with the ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Able to work under pressure and as a team player.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
