Operation Executive (Famous Payment Company, Retail Project)

My client, a Chinese payment company, is looking for a highly motivated new member with not less than 1 year of retail operation/ CS experience. You will independently manage on-site inspections, frontline training, operational oversight, and partner relationship management to drive significant payment transaction growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conduct comprehensive on-site inspections at shopping malls and merchant locations to ensure POSM (Point of Sale Materials) are displayed and maintained to the highest standards.
• Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with mall partners and merchant frontline staff to facilitate seamless campaign execution.
• Design and deliver impactful training sessions merchant frontline staff, enhancing their understanding of campaign mechanics and boosting their ability to promote our payment methods effectively.
• Monitor operational execution rigorously, using critical analysis to identify gaps or issues and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze, and respond to partners and merchants’ feedback promptly, serving as a key liaison between merchants and internal teams to optimize campaign performance and partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams to provide actionable insights and support continuous campaign improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports on site visits, training effectiveness, operational status, and partner feedback for senior management review

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant customer support experience in retail, partnership management, business development, or marketing operations.
• Flexibility to travel frequently to various mall and merchant locations as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and engage frontline staff and merchant partners at all levels.
• Experience in delivering training and presentations that motivate and educate diverse teams.
• Proficient in reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
