Senior Executive / Executive, Business Development

Job Nature:  

• Achieve revenue targets for kids and parenting / lifestyle sector, through online advertising, content sponsorship, content creation, SEO, video production and advertising campaign solutions.

• Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with our branded content, driving program initiatives to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Engage potential clients through personal connections, cold calls, and outreach to agencies, arranging meetings to discuss opportunities.

• Manage the sales process from proposal preparation and pitching deck presentation to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring timelines are on track and handling post-campaign reporting.

• Facilitate follow-ups between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

• Conduct competitive market analysis to ensure our offerings remain attractive and effective.

Characters / Qualifications:

• University graduate

• At least 1 year experience in client/business development, digital content platform, client side / client servicing will be an advantage

• Confident, result-oriented & aggressive self-driver

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong resilience under pressure, good at multi-tasking & problem-solving  

• Fast learner with agility in an ever-changing environment   

• Less experience candidate will be considered for the Business Development Executive
