What you'll be doing

1. Learn cutting-edge AI to advice clients on financial and lifestyle products
2. Work with a fast-moving team to build and test new AI features and roll out to market
3. Practice consultative selling to understand customer needs and build long-term relationships
4. Fulfill role as licensed technical representative to provide financial advice in the best interest of customers
5. Stay up-to-date with latest developments of AI and adoption in financial services industry, provide new ideas and collect user feedbacks to innovate the company's AI offering

What we're looking for

1. Proven sales experience (not limited to financial service) and entrepreneurial mindset
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
3. Strong interest in AI, fast-learner
4. Customer-oriented mindset and familiarity with sales process and customer lifecycle
5. Insurance license (Paper I and III) preferred but not required
6. Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or equivalent
