Air Freight Operation Clerk (Shift Duty / Night Shifts)

Responsible:

• Handle and prepare full set of air export documents
• Issue invoice for payment collection from agents, customers and co-loaders
• Check and monitor the cargo uplift status
• Co-ordinate and follow up shipment flow with internal & external parties
• Handle enquiries from overseas customers, co-loaders and internal departments

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years freight forwarder experience
• Basic English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Basic computer operations
• Independent, detail conscious and able to work under pressure
• Must be available for rotating morning/night shifts or fixed night shifts, including weekends and holidays

• 最少1-2年貨運代理工作經驗
• 基本的英語和中文（包括粵語和普通話）
• 基本電腦操作
• 獨立，注重細節，能夠在壓力下工作
• 需要輪班/固定夜班及假日工作
