Property Management Specialist (Based on Paris)

About the role

We are seeking a Property Management Specialist to support our Asset Management Department in France and Portugal. Assisting the Director in maintaining tenant relationships, and collaborating to enhance occupancy rates and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of property management experience in France and a valid work visa, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be fluent in both French and Chinese

What you'll be doing

1. Property Management Coordination

   Liaise with local property management and insurance companies in France and Portugal to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

2. Tenant Relations

   Assist the Director in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing tenants, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive living experience.

3. User Experience Optimization

   Collaborate with internal teams to improve occupancy rates and customer satisfaction, implementing strategies that enhance tenant experiences.

What we're looking for

1. Experience

   Relevant experience in property management with at least three years of work experience in France; must possess a valid work visa.

2. Customer Service Orientation

   Strong customer service mindset with a focus on tenant satisfaction.

3. Language Skills

   • Fluency in both French and Chinese is mandatory.
