Engineer /Assistant Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist in costing, tendering and quotation estimation
• Prepare drawings, photo reports and related documents for submission to the government authorities and clients
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients to confirm working schedules and ensure smooth execution
• Carry out site visits to various locations for tendering
• Monitoring the projects for the confirmed orders
• Attend the maintenance works meeting and handle inquiries with clients
• Other ad-hoc projects / tasks assigned by team lead

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year’ relevant working experience in Building Services Engineering including plumbing & drainage, and builder works
• Good communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Independent, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and AutoCAD
• Good command of Cantonese , Mandarin and English
