Channel Development & Maintenance: Expand and manage offline authorized home appliance service partners; build strong relationships, maintain regular communication, ensure policy alignment, and provide necessary support.
Channel Quality Assessment: Establish and improve after-sales service qualitymonitoring systems; oversee and evaluate after-sales processesto ensure compliance with company standards.
Local After-Sales System Setup: Formulate after-sales service strategiesand network coverage; analyze current after-sales processes and drive optimization and standardization.
Standardization Execution: Align with HQ and local requirements; clarify business logic, ensure effective implementation and local adaptation to guarantee service quality.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze after-sales service data; prepare regular reports to support business decision-making.
Collaboration & Support: Monitor industry trends and competitors’ after-sales service policies; adjust promptly, and collaborate with sales operations on product launch and phase-out planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 2 years of after-sales services and channel managementexperience; home appliancemarket experience preferred.
- Strong skills in channel development, expansion, and activity execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, quick learner, able to work under pressure.
- Cantonese as a working language; English reading proficiency required.
