Interior Designer / Assistant Interior Designer / CAD Technician

Roles:

• To provide support to director on projects. Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including site progress, quality and cost.
• To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives, subcontractors and consultant, and ensure all construction activities comply with contractural requirement
• To manage the documentation process including preparation of materials, drawings, meeting notes, progress reports, organise, and prioritise work.
• Ability to establish and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Key project sectors include luxury retail, workplace, hospitality and residential projects. This fast paced role will include extensive project management and cross-disciplinary coordination works.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in interior design / building studies / architectural / Quantity Surveying
 or equivalent
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with cooperation parties including clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Conversant with interior fit-out nature and contractural documents.
• ⁠Candidate with higher experience will be considered for Interior Designer role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, especially in MS Word, Excel and Project.
• Written and Spoken English and Cantonese is required, Putonghua will be a bonus.
• Candidates with relevant working VISA or Permanent residency will only be considered.
