Engineer / Assistant Engineer / Trainee Engineer / RBSI / RABSI

Wong & Ouyang (Building Services) Limited is a leading building services consulting firm in Hong Kong. We are currently seeking high-caliber candidates for the above position.

Engineer / Assistant Engineer / Trainee Engineer

• Applicants shall possess a Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Property Management, or an equivalent qualification;
• Engineer: Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience in site supervision and project administration of building services installations;
• Assistant Engineer: Minimum of 1 year of relevant post-graduate experience in site supervision and project administration of building services installations. Fresh graduates will also be considered for Trainee Engineer positions;
• Candidates with experience in term contracts or school projects will be at an advantage;

• Grade 2 (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
  

Resident Building Services Inspector (RBSI) / Resident Assistant Building Services Inspector (RABSI)

• Applicants shall possess Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• RBSI - have at least 8 years relevant post graduate experience in site supervision and project administration of building services installation for hotels, residential, institutional or commercial projects;
• RABSI - have at least 3 years relevant post graduate experience in site supervision and project administration of building services installation for hotels, residential, institutional or commercial projects;
• Grade 2 (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
