Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible  for overall project planning, co-ordination, supervision and management of site works
• Liaise with relevant external and internal parties in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing, methods and interfaces to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Company quality procedures.
• Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Building Surveying / Architectural Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years working experience in building construction, in which at least 3 years in management level; experience in managing new build project is preferred
• Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project
• Well-organized, team spirit and able to meet all deadlines
• Mature and possess good communication skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
