职位描述

Job Accountabilities

  • Familiarize with the market attributes and understand client’s preference.
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Direct to research and engineering to coordinate information and data on new products and systems and to direct engineering in research and design tasks.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a strong vendor network to meet customers’ expectation.
  • Collect market information and trend and recommend needs for new product development initiatives, also enhance the product sales and cost-saving.
  • Establish professional relationships and negotiate the best offer with main customers and others potential sales prospects.
  • Settle disputes between clients and vendors on claims while keeping their good business relationship.
  • Identify current problems, foresee pitfalls and advise resolution to subordinates to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and review the business performance to determine effectiveness.
  • Act as liaison between functional departments such as technical and QA departments to ensure related communications are implemented into the daily routine.
  • Perform special projects and analyses, as required.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder preferred
  • Minimum 8 years solid experience in Home Décor & General Hardline and at least 3 years’ experience at supervisory level.
  • Knowledge in US market is preferred.
  • Good network with factories and suppliers in mainland China.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Good communication, leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal.
