About the Role
Project Manager – AVOD (Ad-Supported Video on Demand)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO), focusing on the Advertisement (AVOD) domain of our streaming service platform. This role is critical in driving ad-supported video initiatives across multiple regions (SEA & MEA) while ensuring alignment with product, development, and data teams.
As part of the PMO, you will leverage your project management expertise to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, oversee execution according to standard operating procedures, and ensure the timely delivery of AVOD-related projects that support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for AVOD initiatives (e.g., ad-serving integrations, ad inventory optimization, ad measurement frameworks, and monetization strategies), ensuring delivery against defined scope, timeline, and quality benchmarks.
- Serve as the bridge between business, technical, and regional stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration across SEA and MEA markets.
- Enforce governance and compliance by ensuring adherence to the company's Standard Operating Procedures and PMO frameworks.
- Leverage JIRA and Confluence to oversee workflows, maintain documentation, generate progress reports, and drive project transparency.
- Collaborate with the Data Team to define requirements, support data ingestion and transformation, and ensure insights are actionable for ad performance and revenue optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, focusing on efficiency, clarity, and cross-team communication.
- Support vendor and partner coordination, ensuring ad-tech integrations and external collaborations align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital media, streaming, or advertising technology.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems; exposure to programmatic ads or AVOD platforms strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ad technologies such as ad servers, SSPs/DSPs, server-side ad insertion (SSAI), client-side ad formats, and industry measurement standards (Moat, IAS, Nielsen) is a strong plus.
- Experience working with data and analytics teams, including an understanding of how data is gathered, cleaned, and applied to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project performance and link outcomes to ad revenue impact.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, managing competing priorities without compromising quality.
